Fresh beef processing and continuous quality control

We work according to various quality systems, such as HACCP, FSSC and IKB equivalent in which additional requirements are laid down to guarantee product safety. Analyzes by independent and in-house laboratories guarantee quality and product safety. To maintain the optimum freshness of the products, all production areas are equipped with cooling or freezing installations, the temperature of which is monitored by an automated system.

The production is under the permanent supervision of a strict production management, supported by advanced equipment such as metal detectors and an X-RAY fat analyzer. In addition, there is constant monitoring of production by an independent quality agency to guarantee the maximum quality and safety of our products. The unloading and loading platforms are equipped with closed dock shelters so that the cooling process of both the incoming and outgoing products is not interrupted and the risk of external contamination is excluded.
